Welcome to the EC ULTRA project
The
goal of the ULTRA project is the development of THz systems for medical, biological and chemical analysis.
The combination of electronic, microfluidic, THz and 3D packaging technologies will enable low-cost, reliable
and highly-integrated solutions for these emerging markets.
